不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)堆(dui)積密度(du)和粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)產(chan)品(超輕(qing)(qing)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、結構(gou)保(bao)溫用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、結構(gou)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)),也(ye)可(ke)生產(chan)有(you)(you)特殊用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)途的(de)(de)(de)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),如耐高溫陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、耐酸陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)和花卉陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)等。

陶粒混凝土耐酸、堿腐蝕和抗凍性能優于普通混凝土。250號粉煤灰陶粒混凝土,15次凍融循環的強度損失不大于2%。1976年有關部門對全國自1985年以來所建的陶粒混凝土工程進行了實測,結果表明,無論是預制的還是現澆的,室內的與室外的,所含鋼筋均未銹蝕,測的碳化深度一般不大于30mm,后期強度還可以繼續增長。可用于嚴寒或雨水多的地方。陶粒混凝土不但耐腐蝕(酸、堿)性能優于普通混凝土。而且具有優異的抗堿集料反應能力。由于陶粒不含有這些火性巖石成分,堿含量也非常低,所以它在使用過程中不會與水泥發生堿集料反應。至今為止,國內外的陶粒混凝土建筑,還沒有發現一起堿集料反應的事例。事實已經表明,陶粒具有優異的抗堿集料反應能力,可在一定程度上增加安全性,延長建筑物的使用壽命。
