陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)填料(liao)(liao)(liao)的開發研究(jiu)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)的概念陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)是以(yi)粘(zhan)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)、頁巖(yan)、煤(mei)研石、粉(fen)煤(mei)灰等(deng)(deng)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)要原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)(liao)(liao),摻加(jia)(jia)少量粘(zhan)結劑(ji)、附(fu)加(jia)(jia)劑(ji)等(deng)(deng)經(jing)加(jia)(jia)工成粒(li)(li)或(huo)粉(fen)磨成球,再經(jing)燒(shao)脹等(deng)(deng)工藝制(zhi)成的一種人造(zao)輕(qing)(qing)型骨(gu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。頁巖(yan)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)外(wai)表堅(jian)硬,里面(mian)(mian)遍布小孔。粒(li)(li)徑在2mm-20mm之間。一般而(er)言(yan),普通陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)比表面(mian)(mian)積為(wei)(wei)300-1000m2/m3、堆(dui)積密(mi)度為(wei)(wei)200-1000kg/m3、孔隙率達到30%以(yi)上。早期的陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)大多采用(yong)頁巖(yan)直(zhi)接燒(shao)制(zhi)而(er)成,為(wei)(wei)不規則狀。近來出現的球形輕(qing)(qing)質陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li),大多采用(yong)粘(zhan)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)要原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)(liao)(liao),添加(jia)(jia)適當(dang)的化(hua)工原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)做膨脹劑(ji),經(jing)過高(gao)溫燒(shao)制(zhi)而(er)成。黏土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)因為(wei)(wei)其(qi)燒(shao)制(zhi)原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)是黏土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的原(yuan)(yuan)因,現在被廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)與無土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)栽培和花(hua)卉種植方面(mian)(mian)。陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)的分(fen)類(lei):按原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)分(fen)類(lei):粘(zhan)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)、粉(fen)煤(mei)灰陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)、頁巖(yan)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)、煤(mei)研石陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li)等(deng)(deng)。3.2.2 按擴散(san)容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)分(fen):一般容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li),容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)大于500kg/m3;超(chao)輕(qing)(qing)容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)粒(li)(li),容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)為(wei)(wei)200~500kg/m3;容(rong)(rong)重(zhong)200kg/m3。
